1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, name (optional), target industries and locations you select during onboarding, and authentication identifiers. Usage data: which leads you view, save, and unlock; basic device and browser metadata; error logs. Billing data: handled by Stripe — we store only a customer reference and subscription status.

2. Business data

SMBLeads indexes publicly available information about small businesses (company name, address, website, public contact details, public reviews, public social profiles). We do not knowingly collect personal data about consumers. If you are a business owner and want your listing removed, email us at the address below.

3. How we use data

To provide the Service, process payments, communicate about your account, prevent abuse, and improve features. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Subprocessors

We use Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Bright Data (public web data collection), and Google Cloud (AI summaries). Each is contractually bound to handle data securely.

5. Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Usage logs are kept up to 90 days. Billing records are kept as required by tax law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing the address below. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is gated by row-level security policies. We will notify affected users of any confirmed breach within 72 hours.
