1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SMBLeads ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SMBLeads is a business-intelligence tool that aggregates publicly available information about small businesses (website performance, marketing presence, contact data) and presents it for sales-prospecting purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of any individual record.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass businesses, scrape the platform in bulk, resell the data, or violate any anti-spam or privacy law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, TCPA). You are solely responsible for your outreach.

4. Credits and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Credits do not roll over and have no cash value. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods or unused credits, except where required by law.

5. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, fail payment, or violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decisions made based on data shown in the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
